PiYo was inspired by Pilates and Yoga and was created by the Amercian fitness instructor,
Chalene Johnson. Initially it was purely a workout sold on DVD that you could do
from your home. Now it is also available as a ‘live’ class because during 2015,
fitness instructors across the country have been training to bring PiYo to the community.
